Escape the ordinary hotel experience while maintaining traditional hotel benefits in one of our 3 rooms or 2 suites. Each room is uniquely decorated and contains a king bed with en suite, modernized bath. Baths are either tub/shower or shower only. For travelers desiring double occupancy/separate beds, our king beds are convertible into two, XL twin beds. Both suites feature two individual rooms off a private hallways.
Beds have triple sheeting, comforters and plush foam mattress toppers; baths have fluffy towels, bath products and hair dryers. Rooms have a mini refrigerator, microwave, work desk and lounge chair. Free wireless Internet is available in all common areas and guest rooms. Additional amenities include flat screen TVs with cable, DVD player, iron/board, IPhone docks, robes, ceiling fans, multiple outlets, central AC and code compliant fire and safety devices.
Other features include a Meeting Room, Living Room, as well as a Business Center with PC, copier and printer. Complimentary ice machine, hot/cold water, snacks and drinks are available 24 hours in Breakfast Room. All rooms are non-smoking (smoking outside only) and no pets are allowed.

Rooms
Rates depend on day of the week, time of the year and/or total of nights/rooms or guests. Higher rates may apply for holiday/special events - lower rates during non-peak seasons. Rates are subject to change at any time and confirmed at booking.
Additional Rate Information:
• Rates for single occupancy are per night/per room*
• Rate for double or more occupancy are per room or per person.
• Rates do not include taxes. (6% state and 3% county).
• Rates include an extensive, self-serve, continental breakfast buffet available 24 hours. **
• Rates are calculated for room and breakfast; rates do not include the "whole house or grounds" for formal or informal
gatherings/meetings /recreation. Groups desiring 3 or more rooms and use of common rooms, call to discuss.
*We will do our best to accommodate specific room requests, but management reserves the right to place guests in similar
room type for highest and best use of facility or to move guests if unforeseen events or circumstances occur.
**Breakfast limitations for reservations made 48 hours or less in advance, leaving before 7 a.m., one-night only,
long-term and groups reservations. Breakfast arrangements will be confirmed at booking.

Rates
Reservation Information
PAYMENTS:
- Full payment is required for reservations made 48-hours or less in advance.
- Room-guarantee deposit, secured with credit card, is required for reservations made 48-hours or more in advance.
- Rooms can only be held with room- guarantee deposit equal to a $25 fee times the number of rooms and the number of nights reserved. For example: $25 (fee) x 2 (# of rooms) x 2 (# of nights) = $100.
CANCELLATIONS CONTINUED
- Reservations cancelled after 4 p.m. less than 48 hours (2 days) in advance are responsible for two (2) night's charges.
- No shows are charged in full
- No refunds will be given for visits shortened after arrival unless notice is given by 11 a.m. 48-hours or more is advance. Two night's fees are charged for cancellations after this time.
- No refunds should "acts of God" occur during your stay.
- All refunds are subject to a service fee.
MULTI-NIGHT STAYS (less than 30 days):
- Extended stays of thirty (30) days or less may be secured with full payment or with non-refundable deposit equal to $25/room/nights. Without payment or deposit, your room is made available to other customers. You are welcome to extend your stay if room remains open. However, without payment or deposit, you will have to take your chances on availability.
- At least 5 days payments are due upon check-in. After check-in, balance for any additional night(s) is due at least 48-hours in advance.
- 48 hours (2 days) cancellation notice is required to receive any refund of any monies paid, less two (2) nights charges.
- Refunds are subject to a service fee.
- Weekly and monthly discounted rates must be paid in advance and no refunds are issued.
Our 3R's = Rooms + Rates + Reservations
Reservations may be made for one or multiple nights. Weekends require a two night minimum when reservations include a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night. Reservations are held with room guarantee deposit or full payment made by valid credit card.
CANCELLATIONS:
- Because we are only a 5 rooms facility, cancellations affect us enormously. We understand that sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. However, we have turned away other customers for your reservation. Thus, when making a reservation, make sure that you are committed to your stay at the Harrington House.
- 48-hours
or more in advance notice is required in order to be eligible for any
refund. (excludes groups, special events, weekends and holidays which
have special requirements).
- Reservations made more than 48-hours in advance are secured with either a room-guarantee deposit or full payment. If you have paid deposit and cancel by 4 p.m more than 48-hours in advance, no additional charges are incurred. If you have made a full payment, we will refunded you all monies paid less a service fee equal to our room-guarantee deposit for all of the nights that you reserved. (excluding Advance-Pay discount program)
- Deposits are applied to total charges, but are non-refundable, non-transferable to other guests or reservations, and non-redeemable for cash or merchandise. Balance is due at check-in.
- All major credit cards are accepted. (No personal checks, ATMs are within walking distance. Cash payments require a valid credit on file).
